Project Delivery

Seaforce’ core capability is a team of experienced, practical marine engineers, maritime technicians, logisticians and project managers. Seaforce personnel have spent most of their careers working in the defence and commercial industries. Many have spent years at sea operating, maintaining and repairing vessels. This is the foundation of a company that supports clients by providing genuine experts, who approach each project as if we own the vessel.
Seaforce have developed numerous project management strategies for a wide variety of clients. These strategy project artefacts have assisted clients in the delivery and sustainment of minor and major capability.

ACV Ocean Protector

Seaforce owned and operated Ocean Protector in a $200 million contract with Australian Customs to provide a maritime patrol capability. Seaforce modified the vessel including additional tenders, communications suite, accommodation and other mission support facilities.

Maritime Training

ACV Ocean Shield

Seaforce are responsible for the design, procurement, construction and certification of modification to OS. Modifications included a new hospital with operating theatre and wards, additional Satellite and VHF/UHF Communications systems, computer networks, fire and safety systems, lifesaving equipment and accommodation for 150 passengers.

Fleet Marine Support to ABF Air and Marine Capability Branch

Seaforce provides Fleet and Marine Engineering support to Australian Border Force’s Air & Marine Capability Branch, including people filling the roles of Chief Marine Engineer, Deputy Chief Marine Engineer, Fleet Engineer, Deputy Fleet Engineers, Fleet Regional Engineers and Engineering Configuration Manager.
Additionally, Seaforce people manage the ISM Code compliant Safety Management System and its certification, respond to urgent fleet problems, provide engineering advice and direction for maintenance and repair activities, conduct test & verification activities and manage and audit fleet configuration management. In addition to Fleet Engineering services, Seaforce provide ship management support to the ABF for the Cape Class Patrol Boats, Ocean Shield and Thaiyak.
